Affiliate Program Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Overview

This Affiliate Program Policy (the “Policy”) governs participation in the WippTemplates affiliate program (the “Program”) operated by Wipp Productions LLC (“WippTemplates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on this page. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We may also post additional program rules in your affiliate dashboard or admin-configured program terms; if those conflict with this Policy, the more specific program terms control for that topic.

1. Eligibility and Application

1.1 Account required. You must have a WippTemplates customer account and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Application review. Joining the Program requires submitting an application and receiving our approval. Approval is discretionary. We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at any time for any reason permitted by law, including suspected fraud, abuse, or Policy violations.

1.3 Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid PayPal email for payouts) and to keep it updated.

2. Referral Links and Attribution

2.1 Tracking links. After approval, you receive one or more unique referral links or codes. Attribution is recorded when a visitor arrives through your valid link and we set a first-party referral cookie.

2.2 Cookie window. Attribution lasts for the cookie window configured in the Program (currently 30 days by default, unless we change it in program settings). If a visitor clears cookies, uses another device, or the window expires before purchase, the sale may not be attributed to you.

2.3 Last valid referral. Attribution follows our tracking system rules. We are not obligated to credit overlapping claims from multiple affiliates when our systems record a different valid referral.

2.4 Self-referrals. You may not earn commission on your own purchases or purchases made with accounts you control. Self-referrals are blocked and may result in suspension.

3. Commissions

3.1 Rate.Commission is calculated at the Program’s then-current rate (or any per-affiliate override we assign). The default rate is shown in program settings and/or your affiliate dashboard and may change prospectively.

3.2 Base amount. Unless we state otherwise, commission is based on the net sale amount for attributed paid orders: item subtotals after discounts, excluding tax and excluding amounts for products we designate as non-commissionable.

3.3 Qualifying orders. Commissions are created when an attributed order is marked paid in our systems. Free ($0) orders generally do not generate commission.

3.4 Hold period. Commissions remain pending during a hold period (currently 30 days by default, unless changed in program settings) to allow for refunds, disputes, and fraud review. Pending commissions are not guaranteed payouts.

3.5 Refunds and disputes. If an order is refunded, charged back, canceled, or disputed, we may reverse or withhold the related commission, including after it would otherwise have become payable.

4. Payouts

4.1 Method. Payouts are made via PayPal to the PayPal email on your affiliate account, unless we offer another method later.

4.2 Timing and minimums. We issue payouts according to our administrative schedule. A minimum payout threshold may apply (as configured in program settings). You are responsible for any PayPal fees, currency conversion, and taxes on income you earn.

4.3 Adjustments. We may offset, claw back, or withhold amounts for reversed commissions, errors, fraud, or Policy violations.

5. Promotional Rules

You agree to promote WippTemplates honestly and lawfully. Without limitation, you may not:

  • use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive redirects;
  • bid on our brand terms (including “WippTemplates,” misspellings, or confusingly similar terms) in paid search or ads without our prior written permission;
  • impersonate WippTemplates or imply that you are an official store, employee, or partner without authorization;
  • use coupon/deal sites, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other attribution manipulation;
  • misrepresent prices, licenses, features, or refund terms;
  • publish or distribute our raw product files, license keys, or pirated copies;
  • violate applicable advertising, FTC endorsement, privacy, or consumer-protection laws (including clear disclosure that you may earn a commission).

You may use our publicly available product names and marketing materials in a factual way that does not suggest endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use WippTemplates names and approved assets solely to promote the Program while you remain an approved Affiliate. No other rights are granted. You may not register domains, social handles, or trademarks that include or closely imitate WippTemplates brands.

7. Independent Contractor

You participate as an independent contractor, not as our employee, partner, or agent. You may not bind WippTemplates to any obligation. You are solely responsible for your promotional content, taxes, and compliance in your jurisdiction.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account, links, or unpaid commissions immediately if we reasonably believe you violated this Policy, engaged in fraud or abuse, or harmed our customers or brand. You may stop participating at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use referral links and our marks ends. Accrued commissions that are not reversed for cause may still be paid subject to hold periods and our normal payout process, unless we withhold them for Policy violations.

9. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE uninterrupted tracking, a particular volume of referrals, or any minimum earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Program will not exceed the commissions actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Except for small-claims actions, the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Wisconsin (or the nearest competent court) will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there—consistent with our Terms of Service.
