This website and online store (the Site) are operated by Wipp Productions LLC ("WippTemplates," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide the Site and the products, downloads, and related services available through it (collectively, the Services) subject to these Terms of Service (the Terms). By accessing the Site or purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes will be effective upon posting unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Hosting Note. Our store is powered by WooCommerce and may integrate with third-party providers to process payments and deliver downloads.
1.1 Age of Majority. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have obtained consent from your parent/guardian to use the Services and to make purchases.
1.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2.1 License Grant. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or license file, purchases of WippTemplates digital products (including templates, macros, scripts, presets, fonts, and similar content) grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the product to create your own end projects, subject to these Terms and the applicable license type (e.g., personal, commercial, or enterprise).
2.2 Seat / User. A standard license is one seat for unlimited devices, meaning one natural person may install and use the product on any number of devices they personally own or control. The license cannot be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals. For teams or studios with multiple users, additional licenses must be purchased or an enterprise license obtained.
2.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not:
redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make the raw product files available to any third party (including by uploading to marketplaces, file-sharing services, or public repositories);
include the raw product files in any competing product or template pack;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code where not permitted by law;
use the products to train AI models or similar systems without our express written permission;
remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
2.4 End Projects. You may export or deliver flattened or rendered end projects to clients or platforms, provided the original editable product files are not transferred.
2.5 Transfer. Licenses are non-transferable without our prior written consent.
3.1 Meaning of “Lifetime Updates.” Unless a product page states otherwise, "lifetime updates" refers to the supported lifespan of the product—that is, the period during which WippTemplates continues to develop, maintain, and distribute updates for that specific product. It does not refer to your lifetime, the lifetime of a device, or an indefinite period.
3.2 End of Life (EOL). We may designate a product as End of Life and cease new updates for any reason (e.g., low adoption, platform changes). After EOL, you will retain access to the last available version of your purchased product for at least 12 months from the EOL date (subject to Section 9, Download Delivery), but new features/fixes will not be provided.
3.3 Compatibility. Updates aim to maintain compatibility with current versions of supported software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Fusion) and operating systems, but we do not guarantee compatibility with all past or future versions or with every hardware configuration. Platform vendors may introduce breaking changes outside our control.
3.4 Support Scope. Standard support covers product installation, basic usage questions, and bug reports. It excludes custom modifications, third-party conflicts, training/consulting, or troubleshooting unrelated to our products. Paid support/consulting may be available.
4.1 Prices; Changes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We may run promotions or discounts from time to time at our discretion.
4.2 Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments associated with your purchases, except for taxes based on our net income.
4.3 Mispricing; Errors. We may cancel or refuse orders arising from pricing or typographical errors.
5.1 Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
5.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update such information as needed to complete your transactions.
5.3 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or revoke associated licenses and account access while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to collect amounts owed, plus reasonable costs of recovery where permitted by law.
6.1 Digital Delivery. After purchase, products are delivered via digital download links or account access on the Site.
6.2 Access Window. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep your purchased files available in your account for at least 12 months after purchase. We recommend backing up all downloads promptly. We may migrate delivery systems or retire legacy versions with notice.
6.3 Email Notices. By purchasing, you consent to receiving transactional emails (e.g., receipts, download links, update notices). You may also receive optional product review reminders and product update announcements; you can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time.
7.1 General Policy. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download has occurred, except as required by law or as expressly stated on a product page or our posted Return Policy.
7.2 Defects. If a product is defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
7.3 Fraud or Abuse. We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive downloads, or violation of these Terms.

Our products may interoperate with or reference third-party services (e.g., Blackmagic Design software, plug-ins, hosting, payment processors). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
9.1 Ownership. All products and content we provide, including files, graphics, code, text, and documentation, are owned by WippTemplates or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants rights of use only; no ownership transfers to you.
9.2 Attribution. You may publicly reference WippTemplates in credits for end projects at your discretion. You may not imply endorsement by WippTemplates without our written permission.
9.3 DMCA / Takedowns. If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@wipptemplates.com with sufficient detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material. We may remove or disable access to content in accordance with applicable law.
You agree not to use the Site or products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, to violate another’s intellectual property rights, to distribute malware, to spam or scrape, or to attempt to circumvent security features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
11.1 As-Is. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN WARRANTY FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2 No Performance Guarantee. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or compatible with every software/hardware combination, or that defects will be corrected. Platform and OS updates may affect product behavior.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WIPPTEMPLATES OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; these limitations apply to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WippTemplates and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or any license immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases; sections intended to survive (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities) will survive.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet failures, supplier issues, or governmental actions.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any license without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
17.2 Venue. Except for small-claims actions, the state and federal courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin (or the nearest competent court) will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17.3 Informal Resolution; Arbitration (Optional). Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by notice to the other party. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may elect binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules, held remotely or in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing contact@wipptemplates.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Nothing prohibits either party from seeking injunctive relief for IP misuse or from pursuing small-claims court.
17.4 Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes are conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
We may send notices to the email address associated with your account or by posting to the Site. You consent to receive communications electronically. For legal notices to us, email contact@wipptemplates.com.
19.1 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19.2 No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
19.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any product-specific license terms and our posted policies (including the Privacy Policy and Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
19.4 Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
